So basically it probably happen to you when you use favourite old phone/tablet/any gadget which rely on usb port to charge and data transfer.
Appreciate and credit for robert n from Android Central forum, his advise really works.
On my case Im use pocket 32 in 1 small screw driver (kindly turn off power first before proceed to avoid short circuiting).
Slip it into usb tongue (from the bottom, not the connector plate), and raise it very carefully and slightly,
